Social Impact

As a JERICHO social enterprise, we help people who face real and significant challenges in getting a job. These could include trauma, insufficient work experience, health & wellbeing needs, education barriers and communication challenges.

We do this by giving them real work opportunities and indivualised support through our social enterprises and ultimately help them progress into sustainable employment

In 2022, we diverted over 139,000 kgs of reusable items from landfill. That’s more than three Boeing 737s!

The money from these items allowed us to support 32 people including young people and survivors of modern slavery.
